It is important to get up and do something active for at least 1 hour throughout the day. This could be as simple as going for a walk or run, playing outside at recess (or after school), or more complicated like following an online workout program, or practicing some of the skills we've worked on in PE. You could also try some of the activities and suggestions listed in the links below.
Whatever you choose to do, remember how important it is for your brain, body, and mental health to do something active often!
